Our press‑brake bending services enable precise shaping of steel components to exact angles and tolerances. At the Centurion facility, we operate CNC press brakes capable of bending mild and stainless steel up to [insert typical thickness—e.g., 10 mm] and lengths up to [e.g., 3 m] per press.

CNC controls ensure accuracy to within ±0.1°, making it ideal for industrial parts, brackets, chassis, and architectural elements. Our experienced operators program each bend to account for material springback, select suitable tooling, and monitor final outcomes.

Batch production, complex folding, hat sections, U‑channels, and flanges are all within our capabilities. Bending in‑house means turnaround is fast, and quality is controlled at every step.

For small businesses and prototypes, we offer low‑volume, custom bending. For large industrial orders, we provide consistent, repeatable results. Our bending service seamlessly integrates with other services—parts exit bending ready for fabrication, finishing, or assembly.
